Application refers to any Android mobile app developed by the Company.

Identity means the Company’s OpenID Connect compliant identity provider service.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Drone Hub Platform means the cloud service owned and operated by the Company.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Drone Hub Application
Purpose of the Application
The Application is used for connecting to the Drone Hub Platform for remote drone monitoring and control. The Application requires a connection to the internet to operate.
The Application allows You to sign in to Identity by entering your email and password. The Application maintains your signed in session until your sign out or its automatic expiration.
The Application allows you to see the connected drones, their real-time location on the map, and send remote flight commands to them.
Data Collection and Use
The Service collects the following Personally Identifiable Information:
- Name
We use this information to provide the features of Our Service. The information is not persisted on Your device and is erased when the Application is closed.
The Service persists a JWT token on the device in the application storage. This token represents a signed in session. It is erased automatically when the Application is uninstalled.
The Service also collects drone and flight information.
Usage Data may be collected when using the Service. All Usage Data is anonymous and restricted to technical device information only. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), the screens of our Application that You use, the time and date of Your use, the time spent on those screens, unique device identifiers, the type of mobile device You use, and other diagnostic data.
The Company will use Usage Data for internal analysis purposes, such as reviewing crash logs and usage statistics in order to improve the user experience in the Application.
You may erase all data collected by the Application clearing the cache or uninstalling the Application.
Permissions Required by the Application
In order to implement its features, the Application requires the following permissions:

Identity Application
Purpose of the Application
The Application is used for authenticating to a central OpenID Connect compliant identity provider service called Identity. The Application requires a connection to the internet to operate.
The Application allows You to sign in to Identity by entering your email and password. The Application maintains your signed in session until your sign out or its automatic expiration.
You may use other mobile applications built for integration with the Application to sign in to Identity.
Data Collection and Use
The Service collects the following Personally Identifiable Information:
- Name
We use this information to provide the features of Our Service. The information is not persisted on Your device and is erased when the Application is closed.

Drone Controller Applications
This section describes the purpose and data collection for the following applications: DroneAutonomy, DroneGuardian, DroneTracker, DroneVision, DroneSwarm, DroneTether.
Purpose of the Application
The Application is used for autonomous drone navigation. The Application requires a connection to one of the supported drone models via a remote controller. The Application displays the location of the drone on a map.
You can start and stop autonomous drone flight through the Application.
You may live stream the drone camera video to Your desired stream service from the Application. The Application does not automatically transfer any collected data without Your consent.
Data Collection and Use
The Service does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information.
Usage Data may be collected when using the Service. All Usage Data is anonymous and restricted to technical device information only. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), the screens of our Application that You use, the time and date of Your use, the time spent on those screens, unique device identifiers, the type of mobile device You use, and other diagnostic data.
The Company will use Usage Data for internal analysis purposes, such as reviewing crash logs and usage statistics in order to improve the user experience in the Application.
While using Our Application, in order to provide the features of Our Application, the Application will collect, with Your prior permission:
- Information regarding Your device’s location
- Information regarding Your drone’s location and telemetry
- Drone camera live video feed
We use this information to provide the features of Our Service. The information is not uploaded to the Company’s servers, it is simply stored in memory on Your device. The information is not persisted on Your device and is erased when the Application is closed.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
The Company does not process, retain, or transfer the information regarding Your location other than by Your explicit request via the export feature.
All collected data, including location information, is stored on the device in memory and is only accessible to the Application. You may erase all data collected by the Application clearing the cache or uninstalling the Application.

Permissions Required by Drone Autonomy for DJI
In order to implement its main features including autonomous drone flight, map visualization, and live video streaming, the Application requires the following permissions:

Signal Measurement Application
Purpose of the Application
The Application is used for collecting cellular signal data and mapping it to device’s locations. The cellular signal and location data is stored on the device and is not transferred off of the device except via the export feature in the Application.
You can start and stop the data collection process through the Application.
You may export the collected cellular signal and location data via the Application in CSV format and transfer to their desired destination. The Application does not automatically transfer any collected data.

Device’s location information may be collected while the Application is closed or not in use.
We use this information to provide the features of Our Service. The information is not uploaded to the Company’s servers, it is simply stored on Your device.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
The Company does not process, retain, or transfer the information regarding Your location other than by Your explicit request via the export feature.
All collected data, including cellular signal and location information, is stored on the device in the designated Application data store and is only accessible to the Application. You may erase all data collected by the Application via the erase action in the Application.
You may export and transfer collected data outside of the Application by initiating the export feature in the Application. You have complete control over where the collected data is transferred. Upon Your request, the Application will export the collected data in CSV format and transfer to Your chosen storage se
Permissions Required
In order to implement its main feature of collecting cellular signal metrics and device location, the Application requires the following permissions:

The signal measurement process that includes cellular signal metrics and location data collection can be started and continue to run in the background, until it is stopped by the user. |
android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE | Required to enable running the signal measurement data collection worker while the Application is not in use. |

AI Assistant Applications
Purpose of the Application
The Application is used for voice communication with a Cloud-based AI service. The Application requires a connection to the internet to operate. The Application allows you to use the microphone on your device to speak to an AI assistant powered by the latest LLM technology, and hear the response from the AI assistant via an audio response.
Data Collection and Use
The Service does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information.
The Service collects audio data from the microphone, converts it to text, and sends to the Cloud-based AI service for processing. The collected data is not persisted anywhere on the device or in the Cloud and is removed immediately upon collection and use.
Usage Data may be collected when using the Service. All Usage Data is anonymous and restricted to technical device information only. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), the screens of our Application that You use, the time and date of Your use, the time spent on those screens, unique device identifiers, the type of mobile device You use, and other diagnostic data.
The Company will use Usage Data for internal analysis purposes, such as reviewing crash logs and usage statistics in order to improve the user experience in the Application.
You may erase all data collected by the Application clearing the cache or uninstalling the Application.
Permissions Required by the Application
In order to implement its features, the Application requires the following permissions:

Data Retention and Deletion
The name, email, and other account information that is part of Your Identity account created by registering on the Identity website is retained by the Company and may be deleted in accordance with the Identity Terms of Service.
Drone and flight information is retained as part of the Drone Hub Platform cloud service. Drone and flight information will be removed upon account deletion.
Any Usage Data collected by the Application is retained for short periods and is automatically deleted after 90 days.
Any data collected by the Application and stored on the device may be deleted simply by erasing all Application data or uninstalling the Application in device settings.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Contact us via email to request account deletion.
Please include Your email address when requesting that Your account is deleted.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent’s consent before We collect and use that information.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let You know via a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
